Shave and a Haircut delivery man person car truck

Every day at about 9:30a outside my office on Southwest Pkwy and Anderson in College Station, I hear "Shave and a haircut.. two bits" tooted on someone's horn honk. Any ideas as to who this might be?? just curious.

actually, I take that back. I think he/she is honking the the halabalu-kanek-kanek rhythm. And no, I'm not speaking nunkatai. That's aggie-speak for wow, cool, you have a maroon and white apartment, too?

and no, we don't. The dining room paint was merlot, and we sold the place.
