I heard a rumor that our neighborhood Kroger stopped collected its shopping carts. Maybe it's true?

And what about the rudeness of the person/people responsible for not returning these carts So frequently? Do they consider taking the same cart back with them for a turn-around trip? Is it a game?

Roaming shopping carts are, at least, food for my phonecam picture blog.
